Nous privilégions à la Villa Mathis les acteurs et producteurs locaux: Ferme Lindenhof (fromages et mise à disposition de terrain pour les chevaux), Boucherie Munschina de Villé, le Miel de Pascal Bischoff au Hohwald, le Super U Villé pour les légumes frais, Fromager affineur « la Petite Ferme Riedwasen » et notre pâtissier Mathieu Kamm à Sélestat, Christophe Damm Tout pour la soif pour nos boissons à Sélestat…

Cela se traduit également dans notre réflexion et notre recherche, afin de respecter notre environnement au quotidien.
