We priviledge the exchange with  local services and suppliers and local producers such as: Boucherie Munschina from Villé, Ferme Auberge Lindgrube (yoghurt, cheese) and Honey from Fernand Haas in Breitenbach, Promo-cash Mr Lorentz for all groceries and fresh vegetables in Barr , Cheese farm “La Petite Ferme Riedwasen” and our pastry chef Mathieu Kamm in Sélestat, …  

This is also reflected in our reflection and research, in order to respect our everyday environment.
