Lunches, dinners and coffee breaks are included in your seminar package, tailored according to your needs.    Our cuisine is orchestrated by our Chef and his team and varies with the seasons and locally sourced produce…. this equates to a welcoming and warm setting.
Depending on the ‘ambiance’ you want for your dinners, we offer a wide range of unique meals: raclette, fondue, barbecue, wild boar, tarte flambée, or different buffet formulas, cocktails. We can also organise dinners in ‘ferme auberge’  or in a Mongolian Yurt.
